“Restoration Architecture: A Glimpse of Multifamily Residential Restoration” – Stephanie Toro

Stephanie Toro is a Fullerton College Alumni. She is from Fullerton, Stephanie transferred into Cal Poly Pomona and has a wide rage of architectural experience since! The pictures above are just some of her works! Below is some descriptions of the projects featured on this page!

Architectural Designer

Nadel Architecture + Planning

New Multi-Family Complex – Reno, Nevada
Design team member for schematic and design development phase of project. The new complex features two new four- story residential buildings with a five-level above grade parking structure and has a total of 307 units. The unit mix consist of studios, 1 bedrooms, 1 Bedroom deep units, and 2 Bedrooms. Assisted in the development of unit layouts and in the massing and façade design for the complex.

Apartment Complex Remodel in Hollywood, Ca

This 79-unit, 6-story complex will receive a new contemporary exterior finish with updated to communal spaces and exterior pool / lounge area. Primary responsibilities on this project was to develop a 3D – Rhino model to produce Lumion renders of possible exterior finishes and new potential finishes and layouts to common spaces.

Apartment Complex Remodel – Unit Infill Entitlement San Jose, Ca
Assisted with developing permit set for unit infill entitlement in a mix use development complex in downtown San Jose. Assisted in the design of unit layouts to convert 9,000 square feet of unused space into 14 units of leasable space. The site-specific units were created to maximize the allotted space, resulting in elongated micro-units that feature clear a clear story wall in bedrooms for light and ventilation.

Construction Document Team member
Assisted modifying details, floor plans, sections, and 3D model in Revit for construction design documents. Coordinated architectural construction document set and consultant document set for DSA submittal with appropriate DSA PDF formatting of submission documents.
