
Dr. David Thomas, Ed.D. has worked in industry in both architectural, engineering, manufacturing and structural design capacities from 1977 to 1983 and from 1985 to 1986.
After leaving industry, he went into higher education. Starting as a CAD instructor for LAUSD ROP from 1986-1988, an Architecture, drafting and machine shop instructor from 1988 to 1990, and a professor of Architecture and Engineering at Fullerton College from 1990 to his retirement in 2018.
Dr. Thomas has taught (and still teaches) at various colleges and universities in an online capacity. While at Fullerton College, he has served on many committees, such as curriculum, tenure review and faculty senate. To name a few.

1982 – 1984: California State University, Los Angeles. B.A. in Industrial Arts December 1984.
1985 – 1986: Alliant International University. M.A. in Education June 1986.
1990 – 1996: Alliant International University. Ed.D. in Computer Education October 1996.

Dr. Thomas recently joined the Board in September of 2018 and looks forward to being of assistance to fellow board members, faculty and students in the ASEA.
